Please note: Our return policy allows you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns if you received the wrong item or if the product arrived damaged.

How do I initiate a return?

Are there any charges for returns?

  • No, all returns are free of charge.

What items cannot be returned?

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
  • Bundles, engraved jewelry, and personalised orders are non-returnable.
  • International Orders are not eligible for returns.

How many times can I request a return?

  • You can request a return only once per order.

Why might my return be rejected?

  • Returns must include all original packaging, pouches, and be in perfect condition.
  • Returns of items in poor condition, missing jewelry items, or clearly worn will not be eligible for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

  • It typically takes 12 to 15 days for us to receive your package at our warehouse from your location. After completing the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
