How do I initiate a return?

Are there any charges for returns?
- No, all returns are free of charge.
What items cannot be returned?
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Bundles, engraved jewelry, and personalised orders are non-returnable.
- International Orders are not eligible for returns.
How many times can I request a return?
- You can request a return only once per order.
Why might my return be rejected?
- Returns must include all original packaging, pouches, and be in perfect condition.
- Returns of items in poor condition, missing jewelry items, or clearly worn will not be eligible for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
- It typically takes 12 to 15 days for us to receive your package at our warehouse from your location. After completing the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
