Do you have a warranty?
Under our warranty, we've got you covered for 150 days (5 months) from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to issues with plating and gemstones falling from their settings. However, it does not cover physical damages such as dropping the jewelry and cracking the gemstone.
What is the return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with our product, we are happy to accept returns within 3 days of receipt.
To receive a full refund, please return the item within 3 days in its original packaging with all tags still attached, along with the cotton pouches.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without any signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
- Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a complete bundle. Individual items from the bundle cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or size exchange.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Engraved products
- Final Sale items, bundles, and custom orders
- Gift cards

What materials are used to create your jewelry?
Our jewelry is crafted from a variety of precious metals, including nickel-free 925 Sterling Silver, and features 18k Gold Plating with an Electrophoretic Coating. This additional layer of e-coating enhances the durability and longevity of our pieces, keeping them beautiful for years to come.
What gemstones do you offer?
We offer a dazzling array of gemstones, each possessing its own enchanting properties and distinctive allure. Our collection includes authentic stones such as Rainbow Moonstone, Rose Quartz, White Topaz, Turquoise, Aquamarine, Amethyst, Blue Topaz, Garnet, Peridot, Citrine, Green Apatite, Green Onyx, Red Onyx, Lapis Lazuli, Green Aventurine, a variety of Raw Cut Crystals, Organic Pearls, and genuine Opal.
How can I maintain the brilliance of my jewelry for years to come?
To keep your jewelry sparkling, follow these simple steps: Wash it gently with warm, soapy water using a soft-bristled brush, such as a toothbrush. After cleaning, pat it dry with a soft microfiber cloth and store it in a dry, safe place when not in use.
Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals found in everyday products like lotion, perfume, hairspray, and household cleaners, including bleach. As a precaution, make it a habit to put on your jewelry last and remove it first when you return home. These practices will help preserve its beauty and longevity.

What is a pre-order?
These are fresh designs that haven't been launched yet, ensuring you'll be among the first to own them when they're ready.
Not only will you look stunning in your pre-order jewelry, but you'll also contribute positively.
By offering our unique, brand-new pieces for pre-order, we gain valuable insights into your favorite designs while minimizing potential waste.
How does pre-order work?
Our team introduces fresh designs through a pre-order collection where every item is available for purchase. Once the pre-order period concludes, only the most popular items will be added to our permanent collection.
Your choice directly influences the direction of Happie tones jewelry for an entire season. If you select a unique piece that stands out from the rest, you'll own something rare or possibly one-of-a-kind, making it a prized possession.
When can I expect my pre-ordered jewelry to be delivered?
Every pre-order collection has a specific delivery timeline, usually spanning from 6 to 8 weeks starting from the launch date, pending any production delays. You can expect detailed updates via email regarding your order status.
When will my payment be processed for a pre-ordered item?
Your card will be charged at the time of checkout for the pre-ordered item. Rest assured, you'll have the same options for returns as with our other jewelry, ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.

How can I track my order?

How long will it take to get my orders?
• Once you place the order and the item is in stock, it would take 2-7 days from the day of dispatch to reach you.
• Orders placed on Sunday or on any other public holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
How are the orders delivered to me?
All orders placed on Happie Tones are delivered by 3PL courier companies such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.
Do you deliver products outside India?
As of this moment, we don’t ship outside India. For more info, pls contact our customer care.
Will my order have shipping charges?
No shipping charges! Regardless of the total amount you spend, we will send your order to you for free within India.
Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

My order is delayed, When will I receive it?
Should your order not be processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Happiness team will be in contact with an update within 24-48 hours (keep an eye on your inbox!). I haven't received my order confirmation email?
Pls, check your promotions tab & inbox in gmail. Sometimes, it gets sent to the promotions tab.
If you still have trouble finding the order confirmation email. Reach out to us with the name and date you ordered and we will send you a duplicate copy of the invoice.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy?

How do I return my online purchase?

- Log into your Happietones account and select "My Orders"
- Find your order and click "Return Items".

What items cannot be returned?
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Bundles, engraved jewelry, and custom orders are non-returnable.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for returns.
How many times can I request a return?
You can request a return only once per order.
Why might my return be rejected?
- Returns must include all original packaging, pouches, and be in perfect condition.
- Returns of items in poor condition, missing jewelry items, or clearly worn will not be eligible for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Please note, it takes up to 12 days for your product to reach our warehouse in Chennai. Once we receive your package, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours upon quality inspection. You will also receive a confirmation email containing a secure refund link from Razorpay.
Don't worry. You will receive a tracking link via email to track the status of your package from your place to our warehouse.
In which account would I receive my refund?
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the same bank account, card, or wallet used for the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can select your preferred refund method, including UPI, bank transfer, card, or wallet.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using debit card, net banking, UPI and credit card.
How do discount codes work?
To apply your discount, enter the code in the 'Add coupon code' field in your cart. Each order may only use one (1) discount code. If multiple codes are entered, our system will apply the best available discount automatically, and others will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be combined with free shipping codes, referral credits, or any other discounts. Happie Tones reserves the right to hold or cancel orders that attempt to use more than one discount code.
