Shipping & Tracking
• Once you have placed an order with us. You will receive a confirmation email & a sms with the tracking number to check the status of your package.
• Alternatively, you can also check the status of your order by clicking here.

• Once you place the order and the item is in stock, it would take 2-7 days from the day of dispatch to reach you.
• Orders placed on Sunday or on any other public holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
All orders placed on Happie Tones are delivered by 3PL courier companies such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.
As of this moment, we don’t ship outside India.
No shipping charges! Regardless of the total amount you spend, we will send your order to you for free within India.
Returns & Refunds
To begin the return process, click here.
If you’re not satisfied with our product, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days after you have received the product.
Simply return the item within 7 days in its original packaging with all tags still attached to receive a full refund.
The Following pieces are not eligible for returns

• Mystery Jewelry
• Final Sale pieces
• Jewelry with cut tags & no original box
• Gift Cards
In case, if you want to return a product and we are out of stock. We will either refund you or exchange for another product.
Ps: This doesn't include Free Gifts, Giveaways, mystery jewellery, final sale items.
We will initiate the refund within 2 to 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return jewelry.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Yes, you can't return the same jewellery more than once to us. And we have the right to refuse a return, incase of any abuse of return process.
You can get refunds for pre-paid orders back to the same bank account, card or wallet from which you had purchased.
There is no charge for returns.
You can purchase on our website using debit card, net banking, UPI and credit card.
We will be able to change the order only for packages that hasn't been shipped yet.

Note: If you still want to change the order. You need to pay an extra Rs 99 to change the order.

If you still have trouble finding the order confirmation email. Reach out to us with the name you ordered and we will send you a duplicate copy of the invoice.
