We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with jewellery tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• No, All returns are free of cost.

• In case your pin-code is non-serviceable, we will request that you return the jewellery to our warehouse. You will receive the delivery charges along with the refund of the product.

• Jewellery pieces, that are given as gifts, giveaways are not eligible for returns.

• Jewellery pieces without the invoice, original box and cut jewellery tags are not eligible for returns.

• Surprise Jewellery, Gift cards are not eligible for returns. 

Yes, you can return a part of your order. Just make sure you have the original packaging and with no jewellery tags torn.

Yes, you cannot return the same jewellery twice to us. And we have the right to refuse a return, incase of any abuse of return process.

• Please pack the items securely so they do not get damaged during shipping. The items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

We will credit to your account within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

You can get refunds for pre-paid orders back to the same bank account, card or wallet from which you purchased.

For Cash on delivery orders, you will receive refunds via UPI.

Certain types of items cannot be returned:
